Exploring Live Orders/All Orders & Customer Profile

Stay on top of operations on the Live Orders, All Orders, and Customer Profiles pages on storekit. This guide will walk you through how to manage them effectively.

Live Orders

To go to the “Live Orders” page, click on Orders > Live Orders on the sidebar.

Live Orders Filters

  • You can select to view orders from either All stores or specific stores

  • Toggle to show accepted orders and show failed orders only

  • View orders by order type, table area, or specific tables

The Live Orders page will only show orders made for that day, so pre-orders for future dates will not be visible. To accept pre-orders, go to the All Orders page instead.


All Orders

Under the All Orders tab, you can access useful information such as order codes, order type, customer details, cash/card payment, etc.

All Orders Filters

  • You can select to view orders from either All stores or specific stores

  • Select the date range

  • View orders by order type

  • Filter orders by archived or rejected orders

  • Group orders by date

  • Increase the number of displayed orders


Customers Profile

The “Customer” tab shows a list of all your customers and their contact info, marketing subscription, last order date, total spend and total number of orders.

By clicking on a customer’s name, you can access detailed information about them. This includes their past order history, favorite products, average order value, and the frequency of their in-store, delivery, or pickup orders.


Troubleshooting: Common Issues & Fixes

I can’t see my orders for today.

To view your live orders, make sure to select your store in the Live Orders filters. If you’re viewing orders from the All Orders page, make sure to select the correct store and date range.
