Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1: Go to Your Sales Report

  1. Go to the storekit dashboard and log in.

  2. Click on “Analytics” on the sidebar and go to “Sales”.

Step 2: View Refunded Orders Report

  1. To view your pre-orders report, go to the “Refunded Orders” tab.

  2. Select the store you want to view the refunded orders for and choose the correct dates.

Step 3: (Optional) Export Refunded Orders Report

  1. If you’d like to export your refunded orders report, simply click on “Export” and the file will automatically download.
