Track performance and make data-driven decisions by accessing sales reports on storekit. This guide walks you through how to view and analyse them.

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1: Go to Your Sales Report

  1. Go to the storekit dashboard and log in.

  2. Click on “Analytics” on the sidebar and go to “Sales”.

Step 2: View the Different Sales Reports Tabs

  1. Here, you have two types of reports:

    1. Transactional reports - Treat the day as ending at midnight.

    2. Operational reports - Treat the day as ending at 5am and record preorders on the day the order was taken.

  2. You can sort your reports by store. If you have more than one store, you can select multiple stores on the top right corner.

  3. You can also access other useful data, such as:

    1. Revenue by area (for Order & Pay) - to know which areas and tables sell the most

    2. Average order value

    3. Time of day - determines which are the busiest hours

    4. Day of week - identifies the busiest days

    5. Most popular products and categories

    6. Delivery revenue (for Takeaway)

    7. Tips by day

    8. Discount Summaries

    9. Refunded Orders and Failed Orders

Step 3: (Optional) Export Reports

  1. Go to the reports tab you want to export.

  2. Click on “Export” and a file should automatically download.
