My Store Says "I’m not accepting orders at the minute"

Closed Store

This could be due to the store being closed. If you recently closed the store, please make sure you've changed it back to open. This can be found in Stores > Settings > General


Incorrect Opening Hours

If your store is already set to accept orders, it could be due to your opening hours and pickup/delivery slots. Click on Stores > Settings > Opening Hours.

Snoozed Store

It is also possible that your store is currently 'Snoozed'. Simply click on the “Snooze orders” button again (which should then appear as the remaining time left on the snooze), then click on “Enable orders”. You can also view this guide to learn more about temporarily disabling orders.


Auto-Accept Orders

If you'd like your orders to be automatically accepted, go to Stores > Settings > Operations and at the bottom of the page, make sure to toggle on “Auto Accept” and click “Save”.
