Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1: Go To Your Store Settings
First, navigate to your store by clicking on “Stores” on the sidebar.
Then enter your store settings and scroll down to “Gratuity”.
Step 2: Enable/Disable Tipping
By default, tips are “Disabled”. If you’d like to enable tipping, you can choose from two options:
“Enable percentage tips” - Gives customers the option to leave an optional tip based on a percentage.
“Enable smart tips” - Prompts customers to leave a fixed amount tip based on the order total.
