Step 1: Log Into Your Storekit Dashboard

  1. Go to the storekit dashboard and log in.

  2. Navigate to “Stores” in the sidebar.

Step 2: Turn On/Off Delivery of Pickup

  1. Click on “Settings” and go to “Fulfillment”. This is the first option on the page.

  2. By default, both delivery and pickup fulfillment types are enabled for takeaway stores. To enable/disable either one, simply tick/untick it.

  3. Click on “Save” once done.


Troubleshooting: Common Issues & Fixes

I want to accept pickup orders but it doesn’t work. My store says I’m not accepting orders at the minute.

This could be due to the store being closed. If you recently closed the store, please make sure you've changed it back to open. This can be found in Stores > Settings > General.
