Troubleshooting: Common Issues & Fixes

A customer within my delivery zone says they can’t place an order.

If customers within your delivery zones are unable to place orders, it is possible that your store address was entered incorrectly in the store settings. Double check to make sure all parts of your address are entered under the correct fields. Storekit uses Google’s road network data, so we also recommend setting up a Google Business profile for your store for a more accurate tracking of your store location. You can follow this guide to set it up.
