How To Change Order Status

Keep customers informed about their order status and efficiently manage orders on storekit. This guide will show you how to do it in just a few steps.

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1: Log Into Your Storekit Dashboard

  1. Go to the storekit dashboard and log in.

  2. Navigate to “Live Orders” at the sidebar.

Step 2: Accept/Reject Order

  1. If your store is not set to auto-accept orders, all orders that come in are in Pending status and you have the option to accept or reject the order at this stage.

  2. Simply click on the order from the Live Orders list and click on “Accept Order”.

    Note: The Live Orders page will only show orders made for that day, so pre-orders for future dates will not be visible. To accept pre-orders, go to the All Orders page instead.

Step 3: Update Order Status

  1. Depending on the type of order, the status options will proceed as follows:

    • Delivery: Accept order > Preparing > Out for delivery > Delivered

    • Collection: Accept order > Select Pick up notification > Ready For Pick up > Complete

    • Table Order: Accept order > Accepted
