How To Move An Order To Another Date/Time

Learn how to move a pre-order to another date or timeslot. Keep customer orders organised and schedules running smoothly.

Go to Orders > All Orders > Click on the order you'd like to update.

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1: Log Into Your Storekit Dashboard

  1. Go to the storekit dashboard and log in.

  2. Navigate to “All Orders” at the sidebar.

Step 2: Update Order Date/Time

  1. Find the order you'd like to update.

  2. Click on the pickup/delivery time.

  3. Choose from the available date and timeslots. You also have the option cancel the print jobs and re-queue them.

  4. Click on "Save changes" once done.
