Step 1: Go to Your Store Settings

  1. On the storekit dashboard, navigate to “Stores

  2. Click on “Settings” to access your store settings.

Step 2: Add Delivery Fee (For Takeaway)

  1. Scroll down to “Fees”.

  2. If you’d like to add a default fee for all delivery orders in your takeaway store, input the amount under “Delivery Fee”

Note: Delivery zones will override the default delivery fee.

Step 3: Add Fixed Charge

  1. To add a fixed charge, input the amount under “Fixed Charge”.

  2. By default, the fixed charge label is ‘Service Charge', but you are free to change it to a different term if you wish.


Troubleshooting: Common Issues & Fixes

I want to add a fixed percentage charge but I can’t see the option to do so.
