Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1: Log Into Your Storekit Dashboard
- Go to the storekit dashboard and log in. 
- Navigate to the "Marketing" tab in the sidebar and click on “Discounts”. 
Step 2: Edit Your Discount
- Click on the discount you want to edit. 
- Go to the “Includes delivery” section. 
Step 3: Include or Exclude Delivery
- Choose “Includes delivery” to apply the discount to the delivery fee if it exists on the order. To charge your standard delivery fee, choose “Exclude delivery”. 
- Scroll down and hit “Save Discount” 
Troubleshooting: Common Issues & Fixes
A customer was able to use a discount twice, but I have the redemption set to 1 per customer only.

Customers are identified by email address, so using a different email address will allow them to redeem the discount again.
