Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1: Log Into Your Storekit Dashboard

  1. Go to the storekit dashboard and log in.

  2. Navigate to “Stores” in the sidebar.

Step 2: Go to Your Store Settings

  1. Click on “Settings” and scroll down to “Order batching”.

  2. By default, order batching is turned off. If you’d like to batch orders coming from the same table, toggle on “Enabled”.

Step 3: Set the Order Batching Settings

  1. You can choose to show order notes and customer names on the batched order tickets, toggle on to enable if you’d like to apply these settings.

  2. Select the timeout period from 1 to 5 minutes - this is the time period an order from a table will be held on the cloud before being sent to your printer and EPOS system. If more than one order is placed from the same table during this time, you will receive the orders together.

  3. Click on “Save” once done.


Troubleshooting: Common Issues & Fixes

I can’t see the option for order batching in my settings.

Order batching is only available for Order & Pay stores. If you have multiple stores, including takeaway/collection/delivery stores, in your account, make sure to go to the right store settings to see the order batching feature.
