Interactive Guide (Click-to-View)

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1: Go to Store Operations

  1. First, go to your store operations by clicking on “Settings”.

  2. Then click on “Operations”

Step 2: Set Manager PIN

  1. Scroll down to “Manager PIN” and toggle it to enable.

  2. Create your 4-digit Manager PIN and click on “Confirm”.

Once Manager PIN is set, users in your account will need to enter the correct PIN code to process a refund.

Why This Works

Enhanced Security: Require a PIN code for restricted actions (refunds) and ensure only managers who know the PIN code can process refunds.

Increased Accountability: Manager PINs enable businesses to track managerial activities and ensure accountability for critical operations.
