There may come a point when you need to add a new user to your account or remove a user, typically when that user is no longer associated with your company. This guide will show you how to do it in a few steps.

Step 1: Log Into Your Storekit Dashboard
Go to the storekit dashboard and log in.
Navigate to “Account Settings” at the bottom of the sidebar.
Step 2: Add New User
To add a new user to your storekit account, click on “Invite member”
Enter the user’s name, email address, and valid phone number.
You also have the option to limit the user’s access to specific stores only. To do this, untoggle “Grant access to all venues” and select the stores you want the user to have access to.
Step 3: Remove Existing User
Click on “Remove” for any user you want to delete or remove from the account.

Account Settings is also where you logout from your account. Simply click on the “Logout” button on the top-right corner of your user profile page.
Editing User Profile
You also now have the ability to customise your user profile.
Upload a profile picture - By default, your profile picture is pulled from the profile picture set in your email address (if any). If you’d like to change it to a different photo, simply click on “Upload image”.
You can also change your name, update your phone number, and set your preferred language and timezone (for the dashboard, visible only to you).

The feature to remove a user is only available for the owner of the storekit account (i.e. the email used to create the account). If you have authority to access the account using that email address, you may remove any user by doing so. Otherwise, a request to whoever owns the email address needs to be made to proceed. Alternatively, if the email address belongs to you but you have forgotten the password, you may either reset your password or reach out to our support team for further assistance.
