Step 1: Log Into Your Storekit Dashboard

  1. Go to the storekit dashboard and log in.

  2. Navigate to “Live Orders” or “All Orders" at the sidebar and find their order.

Step 2: Delay Order

  1. Click on the “Delay” button and choose a delay time frame. The customer will be notified about the delay via SMS and email.
