Printing Order For Items On Tickets

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1: Go to Your Menu Settings

  1. Go to the storekit dashboard and log in.

  2. Navigate to โ€œMenusโ€ in the sidebar. Find the menu you want to edit and click on โ€œEdit menuโ€.

Step 2: Enter Printer View

  1. On your menu, next to the 'Collapse' button on top, click on the printer icon. Here, you can determine in which order items will print on tickets without changing the order of categories on storekit.

  2. Drag the categories and menu items to whichever order you want them to print on your tickets. For example, if you only have one printer and would like drinks to be printed above food, simply drag the 'Drinks' category to the top of your menu after clicking the printer icon on top.

  3. Changes are saved in real-time. You can switch back to the main menu editing view by clicking on the three-line icon beside the printer icon.
