Setting Compare At Price On Menu Items

Make prices more visually enticing and show customers how much they can save by setting a compare-at price on your menu items. This guide will show you how to do it in just a few steps.

Step 1: Go To Your Item

  1. First, navigate to your menu by clicking on “Menus” on the sidebar or by clicking on “Edit menu” on your store window.

  2. Find the item you want to set compare-at-price for and click on “Edit”.

Step 2: Add Compare at Price

  1. Enter the undiscounted price (i.e. old/original price) under “Compare at price” and click on “Save changes” once done.

Note: If compare at price is set up, the default price of the item would then be its discounted price. So make sure to enter the original price under compare at price.

Step 3: (Optional) Add Compare at Price to Modifiers

  1. You can also enable the compare at price feature for modifiers. Simply go to the “Modifiers” tab, then find the modifier you want to enable the feature for

  2. Add the undiscounted price (i.e. old/original price) under “Compare at price” and click on “Save changes” once done.
