In some cases, your store may still be connected to a previous payment application under a different bank account. To check which bank account store is connected to, go to Store Settings > Payments > Manage Account. To update the bank account, simply reach out to our support team by clicking on the chat widget at the bottom right of the page.

At the moment, it is not yet possible to change an existing payment application from one business type to another. In this case, a new payment application needs to be created. To do so, simply reach out to our support team by clicking on the chat widget at the bottom right of the page.
