Payment applications are processed and verified by our partner bank, Adyen. In accordance with required AML laws to meet KYC (Know-Your-Customer) requirements, it can take up to two to three business days for our bank to verify the submitted bank documents.

Funds are transferred at the end of each day and they take 2 working days to arrive in your account. This means:
Monday sales arrive on Wednesday
Tuesday sales arrive on Thursday
Wednesday sales arrive on Friday
Thursday sales arrive on Saturday
Friday, Saturday and Sunday sales arrive together on Tuesday
It is important to note that on bank holidays, clearing for a specific currency may be closed and therefore Adyen cannot process payouts. The payouts will be delayed in these instances.
