Everything To Know About Discounts on Storekit
Updated yesterday

Discounts are a powerful way to drive sales, attract new customers, and reward loyal ones. With storekit, you have a range of discount options to suit your business needs, whether you're running a short-term promotion or offering long-term perks. Let’s break down everything you need to know about setting up and managing discounts on storekit.

Types of Discounts on storekit

Storekit offers several types of discounts to help you tailor promotions to your business strategy:

Offer a discount based on a percentage of the order total. Perfect for site-wide sales, seasonal promotions, or customer appreciation deals.

Provide a set amount off the total order price, such as £5 off a purchase. This is great for offering incentives without affecting your overall margins too much.

Encourage more online orders by removing the delivery fee. This is especially useful for boosting takeaway and delivery sales.

Create Buy X Get Y promotions, where customers receive a free or discounted item when they meet specific conditions. This premium feature available with storekit+ is great for upselling and increasing basket size.

Available with storekit+, these discounts apply automatically at checkout, without customers needing to enter a code. Perfect for seamless promotions on specific items or categories.

Discount Settings & Customization

To ensure full control over your promotions, storekit provides several key settings:

  • Limit Availability – Restrict discounts to specific days (e.g., only valid on weekends) and certain hours (e.g., happy hour deals).
