Step 1: Log Into Your Storekit Dashboard

  1. Go to the storekit dashboard and log in.

  2. Navigate to “Stores” in the sidebar.

Step 2: Go to Your Store Settings

  1. Click on “Settings” and scroll down to “Gratuity”.

  2. Choose the option “Enable smart tips”.

  3. You can also change the Tip label to display a different name. Click on “Save” once done.

How Smart Tips Function

Depending on your order total, our system smartly proposes fixed tip amounts:

  • For orders less than £10: Choose from "Not Now", £0.5, £1, or £2.

  • For orders between £10 and £30: Options include "Not Now", £1, £2, or £4.

  • For orders greater than £30: You'll be presented with "Not Now", £2, £4, or £6.
