The Tenzo integration allows you to automatically send customer reviews from storekit to Tenzo for reporting and insights.
Requirements
A Tenzo account. If you don’t have one, create one here.
Your Tenzo SFTP credentials (host, username, password, and port).
Setup Steps
Go to Settings → Integrations → Tenzo in stores -> store settings.
Enter the following details provided by Tenzo:
SFTP Host: Usually
sftp.gotenzo.comSFTP Username: Your Tenzo SFTP username
SFTP Password: Your Tenzo SFTP password
SFTP Port: Default is
22(leave as is unless Tenzo specifies otherwise)
Click Save to store your configuration.
After saving, enable the integration to start automatically sending reviews to Tenzo.
Integration Status
Disabled → Reviews are not being sent to Tenzo.
Enabled → Reviews are automatically uploaded to your Tenzo account via SFTP.
