Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1: Log Into Your Storekit Dashboard
Go to the storekit dashboard and log in.
Navigate to “Discounts” in the sidebar.
Step 2: Edit Your Discount
Click on the discount you want to edit.
Go to “Limit Availability”.
Step 3: Limit Daily Availability
By default, discounts are available on all days. Click on any day to deselect it.
Step 4: Limit Time Availability
By default, discounts are available at all times on the days they are active. If you want to keep this setting, keep “All day” toggled on.
If you want to limit the discount to certain times of the day, toggle off “All day”.
Set the time period you want the discount to be available.
Note: Multiple time availability is not yet available.
Step 5: Limit Order Type
By default, discounts are available for all order types. Click on any order type to deselect it.
Scroll down and hit “Save Discount”

My discount became unavailable after being redeemed only a few times.

To allow multiple redemptions across all customers, make sure the option “Limit the number of redemptions” is set to “None”.

Discount availability can be limited to certain days. Make sure your discount is set to be available for all needed days.
