Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1: Log Into Your Storekit Dashboard
Go to the storekit dashboard and log in.
Navigate to “Discounts” in the sidebar.
Step 2: Create a Discount
Click “Create Discount”.
Enter a custom discount code or click on “Generate Code” for a randomised code.
(Optional) Add a description for the discount. The description is only visible to store users.
Step 3: Select Discount Type
Select “Fixed” for the discount type.
Add a discount value.
Step 4: Select Stores to Apply Discounts
Choose from the “Stores” drop-down menu where you want to apply the discount.
Scroll down and hit “Save Discount”.
Step 4: (Optional) Limit Redemptions
Fixed discounts work best as one-off discounts to reward customers. To limit the discount redemption, go to the sections “Limit the number of redemptions” and “Limit the number of redemptions per customer”.
To add a redemption limit across all customers, choose “Limit number of times this discount can be used” and enter your desired value.
For example, if you want the discount to be redeemed only 10 times, input 10

For example, if you want the discount to be redeemed only once per customer, input 1.
Note: Customers are identified by email address.

Double-check that the discount code is at least 3 characters long, contains only letters and numbers, and there are no spaces at the beginning or end of the code.
My discount says it can’t be used today.

Discount availability can be limited to certain days, make sure your discount is set to be available for all needed days.
